As women, we all sometimes experience mood swings, problems to fall asleep, stress, irregular period, acne, PMS, irritability, headaches, maybe infertility or insecurity during menopause.

Female sex hormones – estrogen and progesterone – have an influence on woman’s health in many live episodes: from menstruation – to pregnancy – to menopause. Our hormones are responsible for regular period, smooth menopause process, thyroid activity, our mood, good sleep, vitality and much more.
Hormone yoga therapy involves a series of 14 detailed yoga exercises that stimulate and massage ovaries, adrenals, thyroid, parathyroid and pituitary gland. It naturally increases the production of hormones in those glands and eliminates most of the symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
At this 9-hour workshop you will learn the whole hormone therapy sequence in detail which you can practice at home afterwards, any time you want. Basic antistress exercises and pranayamas will be part of the workshop as well.
